Broken mainboard part

Can anyone identify what this part does and where I can get a replacement for it? It came off and I accidentally broke the other piece to it due to forcing i back into the casing.

Actually its located on the bottom of the Iphone 3g Mainboard which is directly under the "Do not remove" sticker that is over a screw. It is a metal prong that touches the chrome bezel or something near it. I do not know what the purpose of this metal prong is but would like to know. I cannot post pictures because of my post count but please help!

I have been trying to find something on internet to know about that "metal prong", but found nothing. So I would suggest you to try and replace it. It would be the best solution. Best of LUCK.

You may not be able to add pictures but can you not host it and put a an image link in your thread? I think the picture would def help alot more.
