blackra1n DL, need Cydia w/o internet connection???

I used blackra1n to JB my 3G iPhone that I locked w/ an iTunes upgrade to 3.1.2 FW and also 5.11.07 baseband.

I now have blackrain on my phone, but the phone is only JB not unlocked. I can't download Cydia b/c I don't have internet on the phone. How can I get Cydia to finish my unlocking process?

'You don't have internet' - I take this to mean you don't have a data package on your iphone plan?

You can always use WiFi. If you don't have WiFi at home, just go to a friend's place, or to a coffee shop where they have free WiFi.

sorry. I have internet on my current BB 8900 and w/ my current carrier. After i JB w/ blackrain I put my SIM card in the iPhone and it said "No Service".....the phone isn't unlocked yet.

This is my problem, how can I unlock it w/o being able to install Cydia using the iphone? Is there a way to dl Cydia to the PC and then dl it to the phone?
