Help!!!

Just 90 Minutes Ago I Tried To Download From Itunes An Upgrade For My Iphone 3g And Since Then My Iphone Is Dead!!! The Is Only The Apple Logo In The Screen And I Cannot Use It Or Even Turn It Off!!
What Should I Do??? Help!!!

plug it back into PC/Mac and launch iTunes. sounds like a restore is in order. and make sure iTunes is 9.1 and your "upgrade" is (i'm guessing) OS 3.1.2 for iPhone
