Any way to make iPhone Safari behave like a non-mobile browser?

I hate when web site load up alternate pages if they think that I am using a mobile device to access their site (an example is Pizza Hut, which refuses to show me the menu when looking them up on the iPhone).

Anyway to prevent the Safari on the iPhone from broadcasting itself as a mobile version of the browser? This ought to be a setting on the iPhone, IMO.

Sometimes, if you look on the websites that display as mobile, there could be a link to the full version of the webpage.

The user agent in mobile safari tells a site that it is a mobile browser, and the site loads the appropriate webpages...for a mobile. It is to allow the content to download faster and in a format that the device handles relatively easily.
