Call Timer. 3.0 or 3.1?

I noticed this evening that I have call duration listed in the call details of my recent calls. I know it has not always been there and that I hated that it wasn't there, so I'm happy to see it. I'm just wondering if I have had it for months on 3.0 and didn't notice until now, or if it was part of 3.1 and I only have missed it for a short time?
