Tethering hack on 3.1 ?

Has anyone with the tethering hack tried using it after upgrading to 3.1? I'll eventually want to upgrade, but I'm really loving tethering and don't want to kill this function before AT&T offers it.

Anyone had a chance to try it out?

Well, to be honest I am a bit confused here. I have a 3gs that was running 3.0. I used the file to enable tethering and it worked fine. When 3.01 came out, I did not update. Now that 3.1 is out, I said screw it, and updated, thinking the tethering would go away. Low and behold, the tethering option is still there? WTF? I thought updating to 3.1 would put that phone back to its original state disabling tethering. Guess now.
