Any apps that can extract rar files

I'm going to be getting my first iPhone tomorrow the 3G S and I'm wondering if theres some kind of program that allows downloading and extracting of rar files. Lets say its some music thats in a rar can it be downloaded and extracted on the go so I can play it?

There is no downloading of files in this way. Everything must go through iTunes. There are apps that let you mount the iPhone as a wireless network drive and transfer and view some file types, mostly documents.

the program he mentioned can't do this. To play it in the itunes app you need to have sync'd the software from itunes on your computer.
