Jailbroken no battery stats

Ive jailbroken my 3gs and apart from the battery now being shocking I can go online and see the % going down. Anyway, I cant see how long I have been using the phone/standby time in the battery stats its empty just a -
Any ideas why its not there???

Well there something wrong because removed 2 packages from cydia to see if they causing the battery issue and within less than 5 min period the battery dropped almost 10%

Found out why there is not battery stats its because the springboard has been re booted since charge.
