This morning i started to get black circles on the bottom left of my phone and mail apps in my dock. I have not made any changes to the phone in about a week so i dont know what is causing it. I have tried respring and reseting but they always come back. They dont really hurt anything and notifications still work they are just annoying. I have included a screen shot.

I remember reading about this a few months back but i cant find anything about it. As a second not i have tried removing 5 icon dock and the circles still return.
