Birthdays don't sync into calendar.

I've been updating all my friends birthday straight into my iPhone.
It doesn't sync with my calendar so I get no reminders.
Anyone got any ideas. Is it just a setting I've missed?

From what i just read, if you delete it from outlook and re enter it.
Must be an easier way.

that sucks. using Gmail & Google Contacts, i am able to view birthdays in my calendar (Google Calendar, that is). of all programs out there, i would expect Outlook to allow this feature. i can view birthdays in my Outlook Calendar at work, but i don't have it setup with my iPhone.

i hope you both find a solution to this, but unfortunately i have no suggestions for getting Outlook to display birthdays on the iPhone Calendar.
