Change default location for backup?

Is it possible to change the default location of the MobileSync Backup from local AppData to a network location?

I sync with two different PC's. The Backups can take as long as 45 minutes and I suspect it's in part because I sync different data from each pc and that somehow impacts the Backup. That said, at 2.3gig, I'd like to relocate the back up file from my main HD to a network location where I have more free space.

the backup takes the same amount of time regardless of what PC you do it on.

over the network will take even longer to backup/sync

you will have to move your entire itunes folder structure to change the backup location
