How to report bugs to apple?

Everytime I go to foxnews .com/story/0,2933,539822,00.html using mobile safari, it crashes. I'm on 3.0.1 on a 3GS. It seems that I need an ADC account to report bugs? If apple thinks I'm going to spend $499 to tell them about bugs, they've got another thing coming? if anyone out there with an ADC acount can reproduce this, can you please report it?

I am not sure about this but I think I remember an option during activation about sending reports back to apple periodically. If I find this I'll post a link.
