Ive got a question, how do I find and delete the downloaded version of my iphones OS, and download a fresh one?

What is it that makes you think you need a new one??? When it downloaded originally it also verified itself with apple. It should be a good copy.

I think you can restore the phone to an earlier version. Then delete all your backups and then query apple again for a software update. But that sounds a little risky to me.

Let us know what you find out. Also. Calling apple couldn't hurt.
