Separate photo libraries???

I can't figure out how to separate my photo library. I go through iTunes to sync photos to my phone. I can't seem to separate my photos into separate catagories. It just syncs all my photos into one section. I can only sync one file. I can't get them separate. It's one file or the other. How do I get all my photos onto my phone and separated each into their proper section?

You have to put your photos on computer and then make a folder for each folder photo library and then sync them.
