mbox mail, hotmail, and password

Hey Guys,

I had a quick question. I currently am using mbox mail for my hotmail email. I just found out recently that you can use the native email for hotmail. It works pretty well for me also. My question is, how do i set up a password for the native email? When i say password, i mean just for opening up the app, i dont want peeps just getting into my email at will if they use my phone.
