Sending Pictures through MMS - Can't do it!

I just upgraded to 3.0 with my 3G phone, and I still am not able to send pictures through MMS. The little picture mark is not at the MMS page, and I followed instructions on how to send pictures, but I just don't have the option. I even restored my phone...

Please let me know if anyone knows how I can fix this problem!

I heard that this was an issue with AT&T, and was supposed to be resolved by the end of the summer....who knows.

Cns2669. Is correct. MMS is not yet activated for AT&T users. They have said it will be ready at the end of summer. But some think it may be sooner.
