AT&T won't change texting plan.

I just called AT&T and told them I am a software dev and I need my iPhone texting changed from iPhone texting to standard texting and he won't change it what can I do?

They're being told not to change anything so people can't use the hack. I read somewhere that if they changed it, they'd be fired.

I assume you are referring to the carrier hack that allows MMS? What about those that have the family texting plan that applies to all lines?

I'm not sure what AT&T did in that case. I would suspect that they simply added the mms opt out to the iphone part of the package. I have three phones, and only the iphone has the mms opt out.
