WARMING:If AT&T find out you are tethering they can charge you per KB and it will be pricey

Is anyone really connecting to ATT with tethering? I installed the mobile config file and verified that it is in the profiles, but my iPhone 2G does not display the tethering option in settings.

I'm sure it will work better once tethering is enabled officially.

Work better? It's worked FLAWLESSLY for me, in MANY emergencies for work where I needed instant Internet access for my laptop.

On two different iPhones. Plus, as long as you don't go nuts and abuse it, it's free!! Where is the downside??
