New pop-up warning on app downloads!!

I just downloaded the app amateur surgeon and right as it was about to start downloading a box popped up I've never seen before.... I've included a screenshot below...

Isn't this confirmation that we'll be seeing less apps banned by Apple for having what they deem "adult content"? And another sign 3.0 is close?

That warning is built into the game, has nothing to do with iTunes.

*At least with that specific application. That does not mean Apple is not making changes.

Nope, I bought that game when it came out months ago, it's always been there.

Yeah, I've seen that warning on a few apps, for a long time now. Not anything new and exciting. Although it would be interesting if it became a standard thing for apple to require.

Yes I have seeen this before when I downloaded iPint is says this.
