What is the "real" deal with Installous---Appulous--Hackulous????

Ok, the *REMOVED SITE* website says apple has hacked their page with the white background. There is a video on there saying that you have to delete all installous apps and the source. It says there will be a new repo up soon.

Where is the new repo site? What is the address? Is the video true? or is it apple just trying to get me to delete all apps. What other sites should i use if appulous--Installous has been corrupted?
