Using the iphone without the phone

I won an iPhone, gen 1, one year ago. I do not use a cell phone and can not return it. Is there a way for me to use all of the feature of the device without paying any $ to AT&T?

You won it a year ago and haven't used it?

I'm pretty sure you cannot use it without activating it. You're probably best off selling it and buying an iPod Touch.
