Sync MSN email between PC and iPhone

I'm new to the iPhone 3G. I had no problem adding my MSN email account to the phone but it doesn't seem to "sync". In other words, I would like to have an email read in MSN on my PC to automatically be deleted from the iPhone and vice versa. Also, is there a way to set up "folders" so that MSN and iPhone match? Is this possible? (for further info, I don't use Outlook or Outlook Express and don't want to).
