how replace Front Glass

Hello there, i need some help i have an iphone 2g, an some day i sid over the iphone and i broke the front screen but the phone and digitalizer still work well. the problem is what the front glass is broken now i want to know how can i do for replace the front glass. I buy on e bay one new glass but i dont know how i can installit becouse i am scare of made something bad and damage the phone complete. Can somebody helpme

From my understanding, you cannot replace the front glass alone, you will have to replace the front glass along with the digitizer even if the current digitizer is fine. The reason is because the front glass will come attached to the new digitizer.

As of the actual process, I saw couple detailed videos on youtube as well as detailed written guides. Try Google and you will find your answer.
