Sync gave me the blue screen of death

I tried syncing tonight. Connected it like normal then all of a sudden the dreaded blue screen of death. I'm sure I will get roasted for using a pc, but could this be the 2.2.1 update? I haven't had any issues prior to this. After I rebooted my machine it synced with no issues. Is anybody else having problems???

I haven't purchased any songs, or programs. I just thought after a a few weeks it was a good time to Sync.

I think this is a one time thing. Sometimes you just cannot explain Windows.
