Iphone does'nt receive call when asleep

Hi, when my iphone is asleep it does'nt receive calls, when I check it I have a lot of missed calls. I try restoring the phone, making a network reset but still having the problem. My Iphone is jailbroken and with Tmobile. If anyone can help me I realy appreciate.

That's a tough call, being on Tmobile with this issue. I doubt if you try calling them they will be able to help you and Apple will not touch the phone since it is unlocked. You've tried restoring... it may be a hardware issue. Or something simple with Tmobiles network.

He said he tried restoring, if it's still not working a simple reset will not clear the issue.
