It seems that making a contact is not necessary. I was able to fix this issue by opening the Notes app. and making a new note with all of the dirty words I like using.

It either worked for me or my iPhone was born with a potty mouth.

if you auto correct it enough that will fix it for a while, but will eventually come back, not sure if thats what happen with yours
