Brett Favre wallpaper won't go away!

no matter how many times i change it, no mater how many resprings or resets i do my good ole pal brett favre will not remove him self from the wallpaper on my lock screen! ne 1 else have ne problems with wallpaper? i swear ive done everything short of a restore.

I haven't run into this problem. When I change my wallpaper, it changes. Hopefully someone else here had this problem, and knows how to fix it, without a restore.

I've only seen this happen on phones that are jailbroken. Never on a "fresh" phone.
