Calendar Sync Problem

Hi - In my Itunes page it says "your calendars are being synced with your IPhone over-the-air with Microsoft Exchange" problem is they're not syncing. I saw a post from Bad Ash to someone with the same problem and I tried that solution with no luck.

I'm using my office computer and am hooked up via USB; I went into Settings; Mail, Contacts, Calendars; Accounts; and my settings there are: Mail "ON"; Contacts "OFF"; Calendars "ON".

Any suggestions or other settings I need to change?

Thanks,
Z.A.

Are you trying to sync via Outlook or Over-The-Air? Sounds like you want to sync when you connect your iPhone to your computer.

If you want to sync with Outlook when you connect to your computer, then you need to delete the Exchange server settings on your iPhone. Then it will sync using the USB cable.

If you are looking to sync when not connected to your computer (OTA), then you might have incorrect server setting entered.

The data on your iPhone (calendar, contacts, etc) should disappear. It should remain in outlook. However, it is always wise to back up both...
