Yes, make sure cookies are enabled in the Safari settings.

Following up on that can you save your itunes password, bc putting it in everytime is annoying.

Nope, besides I don't think that would be too safe anyways. You know how many people would "accidently" be buying things? By forcing you to enter a password it just stops accidental buys.
