What is the quality of the iPhone's camera?

does it take decent pictures? Or is it like any other camera phone?

It's not the most advanced camera as far as camera phones go, but it holds its own. With the camera being a 2 MP camera, don't expect fantastic results, but they won't be as bad as plenty of other camera phones. Upgrading from a Razr, the iPhone's camera is a godsend.

The only other cell phone camera I've used is the 1.3-megapixel Motorola E815, and the iPhone's camera is about a million times better. It's not good enough to replace even a basic point-and-shoot camera nowadays (even cheap cameras now have 7+ megapixels), but it's really not bad to use when you aren't carrying a camera (I never carry a camera).

actually the iphone takes pretty good pictures. ok ok it might be the beutiful screen that makes it that much better but in any case it knocks the socks off of most phones out there

They mean that Samsung takes oversaturated pictures.
