iPhone screen glass or plastic?

Hi I am new to the forum. Does anyone know if the new iPhone will have a glass screen or some other material like polycarbonate. It has a plastic back now instead of brushed aluminum. They have to cut corners to maintain their profit margins. I hope the new phone won't have a "cheap" feel to it.

I'm almost sure it's still glass. I also read somewhere that it's the same glass, but with plastic on the back

Yup alex.stef is correct. The touchscreen is the same as the current gen iPhone, but the back is indeed plastic.
