What is up with all these iPhone clones from china?
Here are some examples...

I'm still surprised that Apple hasn't sued any of these companies so far, even because most of the "MP4" players (iPod clones that don't really play MP4 video files) copy the iPod designs.

I read a story not long ago where it talked about apple branching out and starting to get these clone makers...I'll see if i can find it.

Wow... the second link is pretty bad. Most of the others are different enough to be "generally" safe... That second one though...

The third link (black iphone clone) is actually pretty good looking. I wouldnt mind carrying that one around. But then again, I wouldn't buy a clone.

does any one own the prada phone? i hear it matches up well with the iphone, which i dont really believe because after 10 smartphones in 5 years, no phone matches it. Opinions?

The Prada was a European only device. At&t just re-released it as though it was new though, under the name LG Vu. Professional reviews of it have been mixed, and the user reviews need to be taken with a grain of salt, because they are mostly the same ol, same ol about how it will kill the iPhone (usually written by people with no iPhone experience).

It doesn't present any sort of real Mobile OS, so it isn't really a platform like the iPhone is, and as such isn't really a smartphone.
