Upgrade Eligibility and iPhone...

Doesn't mean a thing! I have been having HUGE problems with my 8125 lately and my contract isn't up until late October. I called today, just to figure out how to get a working handset, and was told that with the iPhone, I could effectively upgrade ANYTIME since it isn't subsidized. I'll still have to sign a new two year contract, but I can do it tomorrow or next month or anytime! I'm off work next Tuesday, and if I don't have a chance to go iPhone shopping Saturday - I will then!

If you are waiting until your contract runs out - you don't have to

Not only that, but because it doesnt "use" the upgrade discount they give you every two years i can now also get a Pantech C3B for free with my upgrade for those times i just want a tiny little phone and nothing more.

However, if you currently have any corporate discounts attached to your account, they will go away when you move to the iPhone plan.
