Seems the iPHONE is geared towards IMAP more then it is POP.
You can not as on today make folders to store messages that are in the INBOX if you get your mail by POP.
IMAP will import all the folders you currently have on the computer you synced to but you can not create NEW folders on the iPHONE.
This is a short coming I HOPE they will address in the future through an MR.
Other then this the interface is fantastic and I am getting better and better at typing using the keyboard.
