What do you expect to see during the keynote? Hardware announcement? No hardware announcement? Maybe a mini iPhone? iOS 5 is a given but what do you expect out that? Etc... Anything goes, lets hear it.
I'm not expecting new hardware, sadly I hold by my prediction that September, with the new iPod lineup, will be the debut of the 5th gen iPhone.
I predict we'll see iOS5 with new notifications (which hopefully includes the possibility to use our own text tones), and possibly with more to come on that re: the MobileNotifier dev's hire, iCloud, and Lion (which I bet we have by the end of the month... at least I hope ).

I'm not going to go out on a limb here either. I'm not really expecting any hardware announcements; I think iCloud is going to be the main focus of that.
Excited about iOS 5 and the new notifications, can't wait to see how well they will be improved! This is the first WWDC that I'll be paying attention to.

The only reason people are saying there won't be an iPhone today is because one person said so. One person said the rapture was gonna happen, but because people believed him, more got on the bandwagon. Same with iPhone rumors. One person hypes it, and others preach it as the gospel. I could be wrong, but I'll take the chance. There has been an iPhone at WWDC since 2007 when they first announced the original iPhone. I have no reason to believe anything else. Apple is very secretive, we won't know anything for sure until later today. If you ask the nay-sayers why there won't be an iPhone at WWDC this year, I bet they'll say "well, the white iPhone came out. They wouldn't do that to their customers." Apple is a good company, but they are still a business.
Think back to the first iPhone. When it came out it was very expensive. So they discounted it, and screwed the early adopters. They then offered some credit, but still. I don't think there is a valid argument for the lack of an iPhone. As previously stated I could be wrong, but I'd rather go by my own thoughts then someone else's.

Expect the white iPhone iis an iPhone 4. Last years model.
