Smile Password or Pin?

Password: Numbers or Characters

If you've installed the latest iOS for iPhone\iPad, you'll notice that there is now an option to use 'simple' password or not.

Simple: you'd use a pin code
Non-simple: you'd use characters.

Which one do you prefer?

The only people that could ever use my devices have their own. I would never let anyone just pick them up so I don't have a need for the security. I also don't keep anything on them that would be a problem if they were stolen.

My iPad is in my bedroom all the time. I'm the only one using it. I don't see the need for one.

Yep. I may take it to the living room once in a while but most of the time it stays in the bedroom.
