Default Bad battery drain on os 4.0.2

So I accidentally upgraded to 4.0.2 now that I'm stuck with it, I've noticed that I get about 4 hours of battery life. No new apps, and no increase in usage. Wifi isn't on, and I'm not using gps or bluetooth. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

I noticed no discernable difference positive or negative. What was your battery life before?

I have 4.0.2 and I get a solid 12-14 hours of fairly heavy use a day before even considering charging. Not sure why yours is having problems...

I have no idea how in engadget's review they got 30+ hours of usage on their iphone 4...I don't get anywhere near that... my battery will last for roughly 12-14 hours as well under medium-heavy usage

So, you are getting 12-14 hours of "screen on" usage? That would be incredible. I get about 6 hours of "screen on" usage (Twitter, game play, app usage, etc.) and about 8-10 hours if I add some audio usage.

I have 3G always on with about (7) apps pushing notifications and I don't use WiFi or Location services, so I push my iPhone but not as hard I could.

I forgot to mention that I'm not on a i4 but a 3GS. I used to be able to make from 7am-8pm before I would need to plug in with my usage. Now, I'm plugging in at 1pm.
