iPhone 3gs cannot boot into springboard [Solved]

Hello 2015 i am still on iPhone 3gs
Having trouble last night when tried to see notification, slided the lock screen and duzzzz... iPhone stucked for a while and never came back to screen. endless bootloop begins.
Can go to DFu, Recovery modes.
Can Restore to stitched blobs or updated 6.1.6 firmware.
Can jailbreak without error but,
but all process without having springboard.
only Apple logo or blank screen stays for a minute and quick reboot and so on.
iTunes can detect iphone with summary and charging state but app page not showing installed apps. still iPhone screen blank(backlight on) or apple dimmed logo.

Is there anyone here can solve this mystery? unlike saying hardware problem

Even though you don't want to hear it... A hardware issue is not outside the realm of possibility you shouldn't ignore.
