    Default cant upgrade to 5...

I have a 3GS, yes it is an S, and it will not upgrade to 5. Actually, iTunes doesn't allow me the "automatic" upgrade option. I manually d/l'd the iOS 5 file and it gives multiple errors. I've DFUd it, etc. any tips?

Have you ever jailbroken or used TinyUmbrella? It might be that your hosts file is altered and needs to be fixed before it will go through.
