Unhappy Iphone takes way to long to respring.. Help would be appreciated

I have an iphone 3GS jailbroken on 4.2.1 with greenpois0n. Whenever I respring the device, it can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours to finish. It takes the longest when I instal an update from Cydia.

I'm guessing that it might be apps conflicting with each other but I wouldn't even know where to begin in figuring out which apps or tweaks to delete.

It would be nice if I could get someone's input on what I should do.
    Thanks for any help.

Do you have a custom boot logo? i found that slowed re springs up sometime.

Easiest thing would be to do a restore and re jailbreak.

Install each tweak/app, respiring after each install then you will find out which one is causing it (if any)

Someone might have a better solution but this is what i would do.
