My iPhone 3GS says it's on iOS 4.2.1 in the settings, yet there's no multitasking, no background, no AirPlay, no battery percentage. What's wrong here?

I feel stupid, there's no obvious way to tell the difference between an iPhone 3GS and an iPhone 3G, decided to save the SHSH for this iPhone with TinyUmbrella bc I noticed with my 3GS it labeled it 3GS. This other iPhone is a 3G, any way to close/delete this thread?
