Is there any software that will enable Auto Power-on like in the Blackberry?

This does not exist.

You'll probably be happier if you stop trying to treat it like a blackberry. They're very different devices.

If you are looking to save battery life, you can turn on Airplane Mode, which will turn the phone portion off (i.e. no calls, text, etc.).
