Cant sync iphone 3GS with my sky webmail account?

Hi All

Had my iphone a month now and still cant sync mobile me with my sky email account. I have done some research and followed various instructions but cannot seem to get it work. Would appreciate any help you can give as this is really starting to tick me off and webmail on safari on the phone just is not as good.
