New Year Alarm Clock Issue

Hi,
So I set my alarm clock and nothing. I've tested it a couple of times now and no response.

Anybody having the same issue?

Have you tried a reset?

Wasn't necessary. Yesterday it didn't work but today seems to be working.

Don't know how reliable it is but I'll keep eye on it and report the progress later.
