can someone tell me if this is a scam because i wasnt aware of any unlock for 3G|s| on iOS4. It sold for $460!!

I have my 3GS on OS4 and is jailbroken and unlocked. Up'd from 3.1.2, kept the baseband from 3.1.2. It's legit if the guy knows what he was doing.
