Hi,
I have a iPhone 3G and have been using it without any issues for about 4 months. Lately I have been observing that my phone loses battery charge very quickly. It barely lasts for about three quarters of a day.
I have tried all the usual advice: Turned off 3G, turned off WiFi, brightness is very low (with Auto Brightness set to OFF), and GPS is used very sparingly, videos are hardly watched. In fact the phone is used just as a phone - sending / receiving texts, and making / receiving calls for 80% of the time.
Why is my iPhone's battery acting weird like this lately? I recollect having recently restored my iPhone and jailbroke it using blackra1n and applied pushfix to rectify YouTube, WiFi and GPS (standard post-blackra1n stuff I believe).
Please suggest how do I improve battery life on my iPhone 3G?
Thanks in advance,
Suddha Satta Ray
