Up Loading Photo Folders From Windows PC to iPhone 3G

1.My Question has not been fully understood. I have manny folders which contain Photographs on my PC. The OS of PC is Windows Vista Ultimate.
When I sync My iPhone 3G with PC through iTunes, I Get The option Of Sync Folders, but which ever folder I choose, All Photos are Uploaded to Photo Library from the Folder. Previous Photos in Photo Library are deleted.
2. I would like to know how can one upload the Photo Folder From PC with particular name to iphone without deleting all photos in Photo Library.

Go to the Photos tab in iTunes, put a check in the little box that says "selected folders" and then put checks next to only those folders you want to sync.
