So if I dropped my iPad Air 2 on the floor by accident or dropped my smartphone by accident on the iPad and the screen got smashed or cracked.

Can I get a completely new replacement iPad?? If the screen got smashed/cracked by accident??

I bought the iPad Air 2 at PC World, Not at Apple and all so have Apple Care as well!!!

If you have Apple Care + (not just Apple Care), then you should be able to use that to get your iPad replaced subject to the appropriate deductible. But yes, physical damage is covered typically. Note that it will likely be a refurb and not a "new" device.

Contact Apple directly. https://support.apple.com/contact or https://getsupport.apple.com/

That's if they issue a replacement unit and not just change the screen, which is more likely to happen.
