Re: How do I get my iPad background back to the starry night mountain background
Welcome to iMore!
If you are on the most current iOS (9.3.2), it is no longer available in the wallpapers you have to choose from. I will post the image for you. This way it will be available for you to use. I am hoping that I post the image you are looking for. Just save the image to your iPad by tapping on the arrow within the box at the bottom of the screen on your iPad. Screenshot to show you.
Save image to your iPad. From there you will go into Settings>Wallpaper>Choose a New Wallpaper. This will allow you to find the image you saved and use it for your wallpaper. Once you find the image, tap on it and it will give you the choice to set it as a homescreen, lockscreen or for both.
Here is the wallpaper I hope you were looking for.
