iPad with a mind of its own

Have a Ipad 2 and it has started scrolling on its own, I can scroll down, and it will automatically scroll back to the top, Any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release. Let us know if that works.

Just did a hard reset, no luck, took all of five seconds for it to scroll on its own.

I assume you're talking about in Safari? Correct?

Yes, I just went to Facebook, and started scrolling, and it didn't take long.
